Soccer is a sport that adults of all ages and abilities can enjoy to improve fitness, enjoy competition and be part of a team. This class is for those who have never played or need a refresher after years away. Basics will be taught, such as dribbling, passing, kicking, field positions, rules and goalkeeping. We'll play small-sided games each session. Bring tennis shoes or soccer cleats and water. Shin guards are optional, as we will limit physical contact. Join soccer this summer!
