It's time for Summer Slam - our summer PR Party!We're going to listen to some loud music, hype each other up, and lift some heavy weights. If there's any night to set a new personal record, this is that night.
All main Powerlifts and Olympic Lifts are on the table. Gym reps count for personal records. Competition-quality reps and weigh-in required to set a Gym Record.
Even if you don't want to set a record for yourself, come out and lift. Let's make it a night to remember.
