This is a 4 week challenge, with a bonus week for those that join early! Total Transformation 4-Week Challenge - bonus week starts 7/1, day #1 is 7/8, last day to join is 7/10! The final day is August 6th. $119 non members

We will be giving away $300 in CASH prizes! $100 each for the 2 top most progress! Factors for this will include, pounds lost, Inches lost, Bodyfat % reduction, and muscle gainz!! The final $100 to be raffled off! Raffle entries can be earned for every 15 classes attended over the 4 weeks as well as completing optional Fitness & mindset challenges along the way.
You Must complete 15 classes to be eligible for the cash prizes and after 16 classes you will earn a total transformation gym gear goodie!
Speaking of classes, you will get access to over 20
fat-burning, muscle-firming classes per week as well as nutritional help and a Facebook support group.
*Must weigh in, InBody scan measurements & pics to be eligible for prizes.
*If there is a tie, the tie breaker will be # of classes completed. still a tie, split the prize. ??
