Join us for an amazing Sunday full of mindful journaling and movement!

What to expect:

10:30am: Grab a spot, we'll start with a journaling session

10:45am - 11:05am: WERK

11:10 - 11:30am: CardioKore or MetKon RX Express without weights with Julie Stover

11:35 - 11:55am: Yoga/Stretch/Cool Down

11:55am to 12:30pm: Enjoy experience stations

Light refreshments and snacks provided!
