Summer Set Dinner Menu - Friday 18th November 2022

William Angliss Institute Sydney would like to invite you to attend a degustation style dinner menu prepared and served by Cert IV Cookery, Patisserie and Diploma Hospitality Management students in our training restaurant, Restaurant Rubric.

This degustation style menu menu showcases a range of exciting culinary techniques in the preparation of various dishes.

There are three options sets to select from for each week

Five-Course Option Set | $ 59pp

Salad of octopus, squid with mussel sauce

Beef sirloin, bone marrow, salt roasted beets, carrot puree

Lemon meringue tart, seasonal fruits, strawberry sorbet, sable crumb

A wine pairing suggestion is also available for each course for an additional charge.
