Since 1962, the club's original program has grown and evolved to meet the needs of runners of all abilities and paces. Summer Series allows you to run a variety of unique events with an official finish time. Every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. from June 19 through August 21.
Week 3 is a crowd favorite, the 4 mile prediction run! Participants will write down their estimated finish time before starting. The closer you are to your time, the more points you receive. This is a perfect warmup for all of you participating in July 4th events. Take your time on this run (or even walk), but just be as close as you can to your written time. It doesn't matter how fast you finish this one!
Please do not wear your watch/Garmin/Coros/etc. This will be the ONE RUN that doesn't show up on Strava this year....right? (You can always add a manual workout when you get done) :)
