In years past we've welcomed Summer with the Summer Solstice workout. This year, we're giving this Summer a proper send-off with a 1 hour outdoor workout, followed by a community cookout here at Manic Training.The workout will consist of multiple small workout zones, each zone designed by a separate coach... we'll see whose mini-workouts you love most!
This event is open to all friends and family. The more the merrier!
Remember, the days are getting shorter, and Winter is close at hand, so come out and play on what we hope will be a gorgeous end-of-Summer afternoon and evening!
