Join us for our final Summer Sauna Social of the season at Grant Park Beach!
Start your day powerfully with wood fired sauna tents, cold plunging, movement, breath, coffee, and meaningful connection. A space for resilient and empowered BEEings to fill their cup, get curious, and support one another.
Event will run from 8am to 11am with a ticket price of $30. We are capping the event at 35 seats for the experience. We would love to see you there and share in the magic!
