Join Serenity Waves for Summer Sanctuary, a 60-minute immersive sound journey designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
Summer asks a lot of us. Long days, busy schedules, and constant demands can leave us feeling depleted. This evening is an invitation to set all of that aside and simply receive.
We'll begin with a gentle guided breathing practice to help calm the nervous system, followed by a relaxing meditation that invites you into your own peaceful sanctuary. You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments, creating space for deep rest and renewal.
There is nothing to accomplish.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing expected of you.
Just one hour dedicated entirely to you.
Whether this is your first sound bath or you've experienced many before, you'll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space where your body can rest and your mind can become still.
You may experience:

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
- Pillow for your head
- Bolster or rolled blanket for under your knees
