Vendor Information

We’re inviting community organizations, service providers, and family-focused partners to be part of HeartLand’s Summer Resource Fair.

This event is designed to connect Sacramento County families with helpful local resources, programs, and support. We’re looking for vendors who offer free or low-cost services, education, wellness support, youth and family resources, community programs, or other meaningful support for children, teens, and caregivers.

Submitting the form lets us review your organization and follow up with next steps. Space may be limited, so early submission is encouraged.

Please note:
• Vendor registration is not complete until the form has been submitted and confirmed
• No sales of any kind will be permitted at the event
• We welcome organizations that align with serving youth, families, and the broader Sacramento community
• Additional event details, setup instructions, and arrival information will be shared with approved vendors
