Summer Reset Sound Bath

Welcome to the Summer Reset!
We wait all year long, through the long dark nights and the freezing temperatures for our couple of months of sun. But then when it gets here, we either have unmet expectations because we put so much pressure on a couple of months, suffer from FOMO, have packed our calendars too tight to actually enjoy anything, strained relationships, or are running out of money and stressing...
So I decided it was time for a Summer Reset to get back to what summer was supposed to be all about... relaxing and enjoying life!
Come enjoy a beautiful meditative sound bath to soothe away the stress and calm down the nervous system so you can enjoy the second half of summer. This evening there will be a beautiful mix of crystal singing bowls, wah wah tubes, crystal harp, and an ocean drum.
All tickets are $45 and rush seating.
*space up front on the stage, in front of the church pews, on the church pews, or where ever you find that special spot for you within the church to melt into the receive the beautiful evening.
Bring your yoga mat, blankets, and pillows and get comfy for a Summer Reset!
