Join our community of loving souls and wellness providers who have come together to offer their services for this healing half day event.What to Expect:
This Half Day Immersive Experience will be broken into 3 parts:
1. You will spend the first part in small groups with our massage therapist and physical therapist who will provide both insightful information and mini treatment sessions to help ease whatever stiffness or pain you may be experiencing or answer questions. During this time you will also be given a mason jar to collect crystals from one of our favorite crystal distributors to help raise your vibration.
2. Following a small break we will come together as a group for a one hour Restorative Yoga Session accompanied by sound healing and meditation. If you are new to Yoga this is a Slow and gentle Yinyasa Flow that anyone can do and is meant to be a relaxing experience.
3. We will finish our day with a 1.5hr Transformational Breathwork Journey. We will lie down on our yoga mats and be guided through somatic breath by our breathwork facilitator Janine from Vibehigh Breathwork. This type of breathwork is known to release fears, past trauma, and limiting beliefs and help you to rewire your subconscious for a renewal of self and spirit.
Water and tea will be available throughout the event
