Central Elite Allstars Rec is a 6 week training program where athletes will work with our coaches on jumps, tumbling, stunting and dancing. Coaches will build a routine and at the end of their last practice on August 24, parents will be invited to a show-off to see what they have been working on. Rec at Central is great for beginners, new cheerleaders and those with some experience!
