This exciting event coincides with the Summer Reading Program Kickoff Celebration outside on the library plaza. Browse a fantastic selection of gently used children's and teen books, DVDs, and more. Books are just $1.00 per pound, with other items individually priced. Proceeds support the programs and services of the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library.
