You are invited to an outdoor party to kick off Summer Reading 2026! This event will be at Timbrook Library on Friday, June 5, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.This year’s theme is “Unearth a Story.” Bring your sunscreen and towels as the library patio will be transformed into a beach filled with games, sprinklers, a giant sand pit, decorations, activities, and more! Face painting by Reign or Shine Designs will be free and open to the public from 3 – 6 p.m. Kona Ice will be available for you to buy a sweet treat. Build a make-your-own Summer Reading kit and have lots of fun with your family, friends, and neighbors!
