Come along and get involved in this year’s Summer Reading Challenge – Read to the Beat! Join us for a fun, music-themed craft session where we’ll be creating our very own tambourines.
The Summer Reading Challenge 2026 has arrived, launched by Akiko, and this year it’s all about music! Get ready to be creative, make some noise, and have lots of fun.
What to expect:
- A hands-on tambourine craft activity
- A fun, creative session inspired by music
- A chance to take part in the “Read to the Beat” challenge
Location: North Chingford Library
Age: 4+
Important information:
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Waltham Forest libraries will be hosting weekly Read to the Beat craft and activity sessions throughout the summer—keep an eye out for more exciting events!Are you excited? We know we are!
