Join Jessy Raspiller for an invigorating practice that weaves together her decades study in Eastern and Western Self Health Care practices; including Somatics, herbalism, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Our Summer Protocols will honor the electric solar energy of Summer while supporting you to feel more present, grounded, and energized. We will weave together mediation, breathwork, and a unique Aroma Fusion protocol. What is Aroma Fusion? Aroma Fusion blends the healing techniques of Somatic Mindfulness and Touch Therapy infused with Essential Oils. These unique protocols can support regulation and balance with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. When our nervous systems are at ease, it promotes natural functions in the body including blood flow, lung capacity, digestion, and even how well we sleep. When your body is in Harmony it's able to produce a natural sense of energy and focus that allows you to move through your days with a sense of ease and the potential for exponential expansion. For ease of participation please consider wearing comfortable loose clothing. We will be placing properly diluted oils on different points upon the body that may include abdomen, shins, etc.
Your host is Somatic Herbalist, Jessy Raspiller. Jessy integrates her studies in countless Eastern + Western modalities to enrich the clients she works with. From birth Jessy was rooted in nature and continues to uncover opportunities to infuse everyday with living rituals that bring her Self and those she works with closer to that which is most natural. She has over 1,500 hours of study within herbalism, somatics, aromatherapy, energy healing modalities, and yoga/meditation.
