Pressure canning is a wonderful way to preserve low acid foods. In this series we will pressure can a fruit, vegetable, and meat.
About this Event

This is a hands-on experience and will meet for three classes. Participants will learn to preserve low acid foods for results that are delicious and safe for consumption. The schedule is as follows:

Green Beans-Tuesday June 20, 2023

Yellow Peaches-Thursday July 20, 2023

Beef-Thursday August 3, 2023

All classes will be held at the Ag Services Center, 123 Caroline Street, Rockingham, NC. Classes are held from 6:00PM-8:00 PM.
