With this in mind, Shala is offering deep dive practice days set in the middle of the seasons. Each practice day will give extended time for deep breathing, meditative inquiry, yoga philosophy and seasonally informed asana. These sessions are for those who want to come together in order to go deeper into their personal practice and ritually celebrate the seasons as a community.
