Join us for a thrilling summer of basketball training, where boys and girls of all skill levels can come together to improve their skills and make new friends!

Meetings: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Session Dates:

• Session A: June 4th - June 27th
• Session B: July 9th - August 1st

What to Expect:

Each Tuesday and Thursday, our expert coaches will lead your child through two hours of intense training, focusing on:

One Hour of Strength + Conditioning Training: Improve your speed, agility, and power with our expert-led conditioning sessions.

One Hour of Ball Handling + Court Work: Enhance ball handling, shooting + basketball IQ.

Groups:

• Beginner Group: 7am-9am
• Intermediate Group: 8am-10am
• Advanced Group: 10am-12pm
