Summer of Pils 2023: Pilsner - Past, Present, Future

What’s old is new again. Nowhere is this more apparent than the realm of the pilsner, whose ingredient-driven profile challenges the dominating paradigm of “more is more” that’s ruled the contemporary craft beer scene. We'll delve into how beer culture is at the crossroads of traditional European approaches and the rising class of American brewers who are making these styles via the lens of ingredients, sourcing, technology and the palate of the consumer.

Ticket includes admission to panel discussion and one draft (16 oz.) pour of Threes Brewing beer.

This event will be held outdoors in The Yard at Threes Brewing Gowanus. Doors/entrance to the The Yard will open at 6:30PM and discussion will begin at 7:00 PM. Capacity is limited to 100 and available seating is first-come, first-served. Event is part of the Summer of Pils 2023 festival presented by Threes Brewing, Punch, and Jack's Abby.
