Summer of Pils 2023: Oyster Shucking Class with Greenpoint Fish & Lobster

Learn how to shuck oysters from our friends at Greenpoint Fish and Lobster, purveyors of sustainable seafood and our restaurant partners at Threes Brewing Greenpoint.

Ticket includes a 90-minute oyster shucking class, including a dozen oysters (per person), shucking gloves, shucking knife, and a two pints of Dreams of Yesterday, a pilsner brewed with oyster shells benefitting Billion Oyster Project. A member from the brew team at Threes Brewing and representatives from Billion Oyster Project will be present to share more about the beer.

Class will take place upstairs in The Studio at Threes Brewing Greenpoint and is limited to 40 people. Event is part of the Summer of Pils 2023 festival presented by Threes Brewing, Punch, and Jack's Abby.
