Boomerfest is a musical tribute to 10 artists and bands who contributed to the cultural tapestry of the Boomer generation. These artists are representative of the pioneering musicians, who in the 60's and 70's , confronted the social, cultural and musical norms. This music reflects a place and time, and a spirit, which was revolutionary and transformative. These particular 10 artists were musical prodigies, story tellers, political activists and cultural radicals who collectively have produced 224 albums, 44 grammy awards, 11 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members and 2 Woodstock alumni.... This musical journey embodies the youthful memories of a generation which still endure today. It is a musical experience for an audience of any age, and a flashback to the past for those that lived it.
