Summer Nights with Soul - Jan 17Do you love to dance but don’t enjoy the pub or club culture anymore?
This is a Saturday night Soul full session of free-form conscious dance - a space for authentic self expression.
Movers of all levels of experience are welcome, including beginners and those new to conscious dance. Also supporting seasoned dancers to begin again, expand further and dive deeper.
With some specifically selected soulful sounds you are encouraged to slow down, become aware of your inner world and explore the intelligence within the body. Or you could just let the music take you for a ride and see what happens. And who knows, you might just have some fun along the way.
Come as you are and find expression for what is real in the moment.
No pressure, no pretence, just presence and play.
After we have moved together there will be an opportunity to connect socially with a shared meal and cups of tea. If this interests you, please select the added meal option when purchasing your ticket and book early so we may prepare accordingly. Cash option available with prior arrangement.
