RTRFM CLUB ROOM DJS
We kick things off in the frontyard with a top of the pick in community radio DJs spinning feel good anthems into the balmy evening.
The Club Room will run every Friday during Summer Nights 2023 from 5:30pm for the full TGIF experience. Always free entry.
SUMMER NIGHTS PREVIEWS
It's the first night of the festival and we are packed to the rafters with piping hot shows! Grab cheap and cheerful preview tickets to one or more of these:
- All the Fraudulent Horsegirls
- WHITESNAKE3000
- Jack of All Directions
600 SECONDS LAUNCH
Plus a full priced (but still reasonable) session of 600 SECONDS - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Theatre) where you can dip your toe into 5 new short works.
HOUSE OF BOK KARAOKE
Taking us through to the finish line are local crooners House of BOK running two hours of karaoke in the Studio from 10pm. We hear this one's participatory ;D

SUMMER NIGHTS 2023 takes place on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk peoples of the Noongar nation. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region. The Blue Room Theatre sits on what was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Fans rejoice as the festival embraces big ideas and bold moves this season with 9 debut local shows, 3 touring guest acts, as well as 15 new short works in the action-packed 600 SECONDS!
This year's Summer Nights artists are bringing new perspectives, challenging concepts, hilarity, chaos and an appreciation of what makes us unique while bringing us together. You’ll find horse girls in the desert, a musical performed in AUSLAN, the theatre as a wrestling ring and a contemporary opera about a Morph*ne-induced priestess escaping the Third Reich...
So get stuck into the program below like a juicy half-time orange, draft your top picks and assemble your squad. It’s set to be all bangers no clangers at Summer Nights - just remember to hydrate!
