Let's celebrate summer in style. We have a number of groups invited for a fun gathering. Not in a group? come out and meet awesome people!
About this Event

What happens when you bring together a bunch of awesome people who are passionate about meeting each other over some food and games? You have an awesome party!

​Let us party in style with an amazing BBQ party at central park!

​What to expect:
-Meet new friends
-Try some food, BBQ and homemade dishes made by fellow attendees & vote on the best dish.
-Enjoy some sports and games (and win prizes)
-Fun icebreakers

How to RSVP:
As we need to know how much food to get, we need everyone to confirm their RSVP to help chip in for food costs. (Ideally before we make the food run but there's grace if you miss it.)

Schedule:

-10AM - Registration & mingling
-11AM - Opening, announcements and Icebreakers
-1130AM - lunch
-1250PM - Pick winners for Homemade Food
-1PM - Icebreakers + team challenges

Don't know people in the other groups? We will be having icebreakers for everyone to get to know one another. We may have some team games and have a mini olympic (pending a gamemaster)

This is a community collab opportunity, we have multiple needs to make it awesome.
-grill + grillmasters (To support our solo grill)
-food runners (to accomodate last minute food requests)
-gamemaster
-greeters (help people feel connected)

​=============Where to meet==============

​We're meeting at Central Park's upper pond, at the picnic benches near the horseshoe toss pavilion. If you are coming by car, there are plenty of parking near the central park outdoor pool. Look for a meetup banner tied to the tree. (look at the map)
