Join us for our Summer Learning Series at NMotion hosted by Lisa Braden, MS, RD/LD!
In this class, we'll take a deep dive into the workings of your digestive system from a functional perspective. We'll examine why it's crucial for your overall health and how problems in digestion can contribute to conditions such as fatigue, headaches, eczema, anxiety, and sleep disorders. There will also be time for questions at the end!
