🌿 Kids Ashtanga Yoga Summer Camp (Ages 8–13)
If you've ever found yourself saying, "I wish I'd learned about Yoga sooner," this camp is my way of helping children begin that journey early through Yoga, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
This camp offers a fun and engaging introduction to Yoga through Yogasanas (movement), Pranayama (breath-work), mindfulness, and interactive discussions on Ashtanga Yoga to help build an inner compass for making thoughtful, healthy decisions throughout life.

• July 6–10
• July 13–17
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Camp Includes
✨ Yogasanas (mindful movement)
✨ Pranayama & Mindfulness
✨ Journaling
✨ Interactive discussions on Ashtanga Yoga concepts
👧 Age Group: 8–13 years (plus or minus 1 year is fine)

👥 Only 4 participants per camp for personalized attention.
💲 Camp Fee: $125 per week.
📍 Location: Deerhill Community, near Home Depot on Crow Canyon Rd, San Ramon
Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
