Hosted by Hunters Point Park conservancy. Mandi, of Tranquil Tribes NYC (+ Quintessential Therapy) is offering a 55-minute gathering for families: all ages are welcome to move, breathe, and connect.

We begin with a themed stretch—like our ocean flow, where we wiggled like axolotl’s and jellyfish, stretched like sea turtles, and breathed like waves rolling in. Then, we continue with a rotating / interactive / magical mindfulness story, where imagination meets calm. The journey continues with the “Mini Sound Healers Club”: where kids have the opportunity to explore soothing healing instruments, feel sound in their hands, and discover how music can quiet the mind.Sprinkled throughout: bubbles, stickers, and mini journal entries to carry a bit of the magic home.

Bring a yoga mat or picnic blanket. All are welcome.
