Next, we'll prepare Bun Cha with both grilled pork patties and grilled pork belly slices, served with rice noodles, herbs, pickles, and a fresh dipping sauce.
Finish with Vietnamese Flan as a sweet finale. Mai will share the key techniques and ingredients you need to recreate these classic Vietnamese dishes at home.
