You’ll learn to prepare a stunning spread of Spanish tapas—perfect for entertaining, grazing, or soaking up that second glass of sangria.
Together, we’ll make:
🥔 Patatas Bravas – crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli
🍤 Gambas al Ajillo – sizzling shrimp with garlic, olive oil, and smoked paprika
🍅 Pan con Tomate – grilled bread with fresh tomato, garlic, and olive oil
🍮 Crema Catalana – Spain’s answer to crème brûlée, flavored with orange zest and cinnamon
