This is a Ceremony of Apricity: the practice of basking in warmth and allowing nourishment to settle into our bones for the months ahead.

An apothecary, intimate community space and gift shop that honours ancestry and the arts & sciences of herbal medicine. Owned by Sonya D'Cunha, traditional herbalist and sustainable beauty products creator.
Helen + Hildegard (H+H), is located at 780 St Clair Ave W, Toronto (Ste. Claire + Arlington)
Workshop space is wheelchair accessible on the main floor.
Washroom is not wheelchair accessible, and is located in the basement.
Please arrive within 15 minutes ahead of the ticket time to allow for a moment to settle in.
Note: This is a space for presence, listening, and real human connection. To minimize distractions, phones must be set to silent and kept away during workshop.
