Summer Health Workshops by NBHD Medical

JOIN US for the launch of our first annual FREE Summer Health Workshop. This will include recurring bi-weekly events in which our care team comes to your neighborhood to discuss important health topics such as Diabetes, Heart Health, and Emotional Wellness. We would love to see you at our event to talk about how we can prevent diseases in our community and especially come if you or a loved one has any of these medical conditions. We will have a short interactive discussio about preventing illnesses, overall welllness and how to manage chronic conditions. We will also tie in this event with a fun activity for you and your family to do! This will include a visit from our partners including yoga and zumba classes, self care succulents (gardening workshop), cooking demos and more! We will also offer free health screenings at each of our events.
