- Engage in a group mandala creation, where each participant contributes to a collective artwork symbolizing unity and interconnectedness.

- Flow through a dynamic yoga sequence designed to stoke the inner fire and ignite passion and vitality.

- Transition into a guided meditation to harness the energy of the solstice and align with the rhythms of nature.

- Immerse in a sound bath, experiencing the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments to promote deep relaxation and inner harmony.

- Conclude with a tuning fork facial, using the gentle vibrations to stimulate circulation and promote radiant skin, symbolizing a rejuvenation of body and spirit as we embrace the changing season.
