Join us for a beautiful Summer Full Moon Yin+Violin this unique experience will take you away give you a chance to slow down and just be.
Focused Breathing, Meditation, Slow moon flow and Yin Yoga with live violin savasana - to set our mind and imagination free so we can be present in our bodies, minds, hearts and souls.
The full moon is a time of great magic, especially when combined with the beauty of summer. The heat of the day has passed and the cool evening air helps us to relax and connect with ourselves at a deeper level.
We will be led through a slow moon flow by Sharon MacGregor. Allison Willet, will follow with Yin Yoga to help us to futher release... as we move into savasana... she will play her violin...allowing both body & mind to connect together in harmony as one!
