Summer Fore Street Flea Trader Booking

The summer Flea is set to be another beautiful day! As well as sellers with a beautiful range of wares, you can expect live music, food and family entertainment.

The Flea is an event celebrating the Independent West Quarter, run for the community by the community and with the support of InExeter, the Business Improvement District for the city.

The Flea welcomes all sorts of stall holders; from those of you having a but of a clear out, to collectors, start-ups and established professional traders, and those who just need to make room for more in their wardrobe, you all have a place at The Flea.

Please read the following important details before booking:

• There are 2 sizes of pitch available (2x2m and 3x3m - please get in touch if you're not sure what size is best for you.
• Traders can arrive by car to set up between 10am-11am.
• We do not supply any tables or gazebos - you need to bring everything yourself.
• You are welcome to bring a gazebo must it must be properly weighted or you will be asked to take it down (for safety reasons).
• Professional traders and anyone with a gazebo will need to show their public liability policy on the day.
• If you are selling food, you will need to provide a copy of your Food Hygiene Rating and we are looking to only host sellers with 4 or 5 stars.

This is a not for profit event and the proceeds from stall booking fees go directly into the running of the event. As such, we don’t offer discounted stalls.
