Summer Flow: A Seasonal Sound + Somatic Experience

Summer Flow is the fourth workshop in a seasonal series exploring the energetics of the year through ritual, reflection, sound, and somatic practices.

If Spring is the season of reawakening, Summer is the season of steady movement. Energy circulates more freely. Plants reach toward the sun, rivers move steadily through the landscape, and life settles into a rhythm that can sustain growth over time.

Summer energy is not about rushing or pushing harder. It is about finding a pace that allows things to keep moving without burning out. The kind of flow that feels supported, resilient, and alive.

In this 2-hour experience, we’ll explore what it means to move with this kind of steady, sustainable energy. Together we’ll create space to reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm, soften any tension that’s built up along the way, and remember that growth happens most naturally when we allow ourselves to move with the current rather than against it.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• a refreshing summer herbal tea blend to support nourishment and steady flow
• a personal oracle card pull for insight and reflection
• a reflection on the energetics of Summer and what sustainable movement looks like in nature and in our lives
• two simple somatic practices designed to reconnect the body with its natural rhythm
• a gentle guided meditation to bring awareness to what is currently flowing in your life
• a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and atmospheric instruments
• optional journaling and group integration
• light snacks and community mingling

Harmonist Sanctuary - 4633 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220

*due to construction on Colfax, please allow ample time for parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

TIME

10:45am - Doors (arrive early to settle in and pull oracle cards)

11:00am - Event Start

*please be on time - doors will be locked at 11am so nobody wanders in off the street. Once doors are locked, no admittance and no refunds.

During these 2 hours, nothing needs to be forced or figured out.

This is simply a space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural rhythms that support sustainable movement through life.

WHAT TO BRING

• a journal/pen

• water bottle

• sleep mask/eye cover

• a pillow (if you prefer, like me, to use your bolster for under your knees)

• socks & a favorite blanket if you run cold (no shoes in the venue, please)

• dress in layers; body temperature often drops as you relax during the sound bath

Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Check with your provider if pregnant (first trimester), managing epilepsy, serious hearing sensitivity, or acute migraines.

*While crystal singing bowls and sound therapy do not replace medical treatment, they help create the conditions where healing can happen naturally. Regular sound baths promote the deepest healing.

REFUND POLICY

Life happens, and I get it.

• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund.

• If something comes up within the week of the event, refunds are NOT available, but if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time, I’ll happily apply 50% of your ticket price as credit toward a future gathering.

• For no-shows or late arrival, no refund or credit will be provided.
