Summer Floral Cupcakes!

About this class:

Celebrate summer with cupcakes in bloom! In this fun class bursting with techniques, Stephanie H. will show you how to use versatile petal and leaf tips, along with mini Russian tips, to create stunning roses, delicate blossoms, and charming mini tulips.

You will use a flower nail to practice small blooms before choosing your favorites to decorate your cupcakes—or pipe larger, statement flowers directly onto them for extra flair.

Each student will receive six sweet cupcakes and all the tools and supplies needed to decorate them. You’ll also take home an easy buttercream recipe designed specifically for florals, plus helpful tips for achieving the perfect consistency and vibrant colors.

Whether you’re brand new to decorating or looking to grow your piping skills, this class is a sweet, creative way to spend your day—beginners absolutely welcome!

Meet Your Instructor:

Professional Cake & Cookie Decorator Stephanie H. has been designing cakes, cookies, and sweets for many years in bakeries in Northern Virigina. Stephanie has been decorating cakes and cookies for over 15 years and has won several baking and decorating awards at local competitions. Fran's was lucky enough to have her join our crew over 5 years ago. If you've shopped in our store, you've seen her work on our inspiration table and she's probably helped you with your decorating projects. Stephanie has creative design skills and a passion for helping bring your decorating projects to life!

All The Details:

• Age Level: 13+
• Skill Level: Beginner
• All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
• We will provide a box to take your cupcakes home in
• The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
• If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maximum of 8 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 2 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
