Join us for a unique Bold American SUMMER Dining experience at Red White and Brew on Monday, June 29th when we open our dining room just for you for an intimate 4-course dinner scratch-prepared by Chef Victor and our culinary Team, along with wine pairing. Limited seating available. $85 per person.
MENU
First Course – Choice of Appetizer
• Hot Cheese Zesty Shrimp Dip
Pan-seared shrimp, applewood-smoked bacon, jalapeño, artisan cheeses, and a housemade garlic roll
• Roasted Cauliflower Bites
Flame-grilled cauliflower with tahini, roasted pistachios, Medjool dates, watermelon radish, mint, and pesto ranch
Second Course
• Fennel & Arugula Salad
Shaved fennel, citrus, toasted pistachios, aged asiago, and lime-citrus vinaigrette
Third Course – Choice of Entrée
• BBQ Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib
Slow-braised Certified Angus Beef with barbecue glaze, whipped red skin potatoes + garlic spinach with roasted carrots, crispy onions
• Fresh Chilean Sea Bass
Pan-seared sea bass with lemon-caper beurre blanc, garlic spinach orzo, and roasted tomatoes
Fourth Course
• Al Limone di Sorrento
Italian lemon dessert inspired by the Amalfi Coast
