About this Event
This class will develop your muscular strength, increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and improve your agility through performance exercises that will keep you at your optimal fitness level.
This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and agility exercises. This 45-minute routine is a total body workout that will increase your heart rate and challenge your body to become stronger.
The only equipment needed is your body and a mat or towel.
