HISTORY OF THE LATIN PARTY
For 13 years, Stuck On Salsa & DCBX produced the legendary Latin Party at Lucky Strike in Gallery Place, Washington, DC.

Week after week, hundreds of dancers filled the venue for what became one of the most iconic Latin dance nights in the region. What started as one room with one energy evolved into multiple experiences, including the addition of a dedicated Bachata Lounge as the movement continued to grow.

Holiday weekends became standing-room-only events with dancers flying in from around the country. Some guests literally arrived straight from the airport with suitcases in hand, leaving them at the front just to make it onto the dance floor.

Over the years, some of the biggest names in Salsa & Bachata came through The Latin Party, including legendary performances by Ricardo & Karen and many more world-renowned artists who helped shape the culture and energy of the experience.

Today, SUMMER//DCBX brings that spirit back with a new generation of rhythm, connection, music & unforgettable summer nights.
