Join us for Summer Daze competition, hosted by GRITNESS Fitness & Sports Performance. This is a one day competition. Unlike other events out there and will be an awesome opportunity to test your fitness in a competitive, fun environment! This event will conclude with a pot luck style cookout to wrap things up! ?
