Join us for a refreshing and inspiring day at the HartsSpace Summer Day Retreat in Tacoma, WA! This one-day event is packed with activities and sessions designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit.We’ll start the day with a peaceful guided nature walk with forest bathing through Point Defiance Park, exploring the beautiful Rose Garden and scenic trails. Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy sessions with our expert practitioners:
Lindsay will show us the power of movement and how it benefits our well-being.
Katie will dive into the benefits of discipline and share tips on building lasting routines.
Karin will talk about nourishing our bodies with seasonal summer foods and share some delicious recipes.
We’ll also have a catered lunch, giving you time to relax, socialize, and connect with other participants. The day will wrap up with a reflective session where we can share our experiences and take away some great insights.
