Join Robyn Molsher (VistaArt Therapies) and co-facilitators Dr Lesley Porter (Relationship and Trauma Therapist) and Louise Gutsche (Young Living brand partner) for a nourishing summer day retreat at the beautiful Sophia retreat centre at Cumberland Park SA. The day weaves creativity, embodiment and sensory care in a supportive, small-group setting.
No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to pause, reflect and be present. A perfect mid-summer reset.
