Join us this summer for themed expressive arts experiences designed to support creativity, self-expression, mindfulness, and authentic connection in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Ages 14–17
Tuesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

A supportive and affirming creative space for teens focused on:

• self-expression
• identity exploration
• creativity and connection

Tuesdays | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

A gentle creative space for adults focused on:

• expressive art-making
• creative reflection
• mindfulness and grounding
• nervous system support
• community connection

Registration Options

• $55 per individual class

• $195 full 4-week series

Participants may register for one or multiple workshop dates.

**Early Registration is appreciated to allow time for preparing creative materials and supplies**
