is proud to announce that its upcoming Summer Conference will be held just prior to the American Cheese Society’s Annual Conference. The event will be held at the newly constructed WNY Cheese Academy – Wine Bar – and Meet & Eat Charcuterie in Buffalo’s iconic Larkin Square.
