Join us for a concert by Troy Rangel and Friends!Troy Rangel and Friends are a multi-genre music group. They are all veterans of the QC music scene. For this performance there will be guitar, bass, sax, and drums as well as 2-3 different vocalists.
Attendees are encouraged to bring food and drink to this program. In the case of inclement weather, this program will be held inside the library.
