Join General Manager Sekani for an interactive, hands-on cocktail class featuring three refreshing seasonal cocktails crafted with premium spirits from Tequila Ocho, Bluecoat Gin, and Elijah Craig Bourbon. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply looking for a fun afternoon with friends, this class is designed to teach you practical bartending skills, cocktail-building techniques, and pro tips you can recreate at home.
During this guided experience, guests will learn to make and enjoy:
🌿 Basil Southside
A bright and herbaceous gin cocktail featuring Bluecoat Gin, fresh basil, lime juice, and simple syrup.
🍉 Watermelon Mint Ranch Water
A crisp summer favorite made with Tequila Ocho Blanco, watermelon syrup, fresh lime, mint, and sparkling soda.
🫐 Blackberry Sour
A smooth and balanced bourbon sour featuring Elijah Craig Bourbon, blackberry syrup, fresh lemon, and aquafaba for a silky finish.
