Cheesemaker and expert Emily Davidson will highlight local makers, delve into seasonality and as always, entertain with stories, history and science of cheesemaking.
Emily brings years of experience in the world of gourmet cheese. She got her start at Cowgirl Creamery and has since worked for other award winning creameries, and local Portland cheese shops.
