Summer Ceviche (Winter Garden)

In this hands-on class, we will prepare three versions of ceviche. We will make an Asian-Inspired Scallop Ceviche, Shrimp Ceviche with Mango, and Fish Ceviche Tacos. Each participant will make their own bowls of ceviche, so they can be customized to your taste. If you like spicy, add some chiles. Don't like fruit in your ceviche, skip the mango. We will use plenty of citrus as well as vinegars from The Ancient Olive to make each ceviche special and different from others that you may have tasted.

Guests will be tasting all dishes and will take home recipes so they can be recreated at home.
